SiteSelect© retail catchment analyser -

ORC Partnership’s Siteselect is a state-of-the-art digital modelling system that allows the identification of retail locations with exceptional trading potential. The model can be manipulated to forecast the impact of demographic, competitive and physical changes to the retail catchment. This technology can also be used to assist the town planning process by supplying sequential test results and retail impact analyses required under PPS6.

By running the Retail Sales and Profit Model (RSPM) the sales and profit can be forecast on each store for a selected year. The RSPM uses Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technology and gravity modelling techniques.
